This is a new web site for us, but we have an extensive history selling on eBay.  We hope this site will become your one stop shop for personalized gifts, treasured keepsakes, custom embroidered hand towels, monogrammed scented sachets and handmade, very unique greeting cards.  We have developed some wonderful relationships with many of our customers, and we hope that we'll be adding you to our list of friends!!

In that email, please specify the product (by product number) and if the product is a personalized one - with either initials or names - please let us know what you want on it.  Also, if there are any special requests (i.e. color, font style, etc) let us know as well.  If there is going to be any customization we will get our design work approved before we proceed.

Shipping charges vary from order to order.  Of course, as the order gets larger - the cost of shipping per item goes down.  On large orders we prefer to use the flat rate 'priority' boxes from the USPS.  We are not interested in either making or losing money on shipping - so what we charge is typically what we pay.  When you email an order to us we will send you a confirmation email along with the shipping charge estimate.
